Upcoming pop ups: PHILLY

We're adding class times, workshops and new class types with a brand new round of pop ups! Here's a glance at the schedule over the next week:

SUNDAY 9/17. CORE balance workshop. 12:30-1:20pm

Taught by Jillian. Use a rebounder (minus the cardio) and a bosu ball to enhance stability and increase your balance, all while completing a killer core workout. 

MONDAY 9/18, so SOAR! 6:10am-7am.

Our awesome so SOAR! class plus NEW phrases because we are all about new material. Come join us for our first run of our Fall/Winter so SOAR! class!
