January Schedule + Challenge

this year we are kicking off the new year with a 16-week challenge alongside membership and class pack sale options.

we've expanded our January schedule to help you #getallongee and reach those #summerbodygoals with the most convenient studio schedule to fit the needs of YOUR schedule!  

our mid-morning schedule is expanding with daily 9am and 11:30am class options. 

Our early morning schedule is back on the grind with 6:10am and 7:15am classes Tuesday-Friday.  

Our evening schedule is boasting 3+ class time slots and an additional late night pop up at 8pm or later!
