This month was a tough one to map out; mostly because we've added MORE class times to our already GIANT schedule! We've fixed up our evenings so that we may have both earlier and later options available to you!
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we'll be starting classes a little earlier at 4:30PM and will run classes at 5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:15PM & 8:15PM! On Fridays, we've created a special schedule based on your requests including a new class time at 4:30PM, followed by a Power-45 at 5:30PM and a Power Half Hour BURN! at 6:15PM.
Plus, in honor of this month kicking off our Pre-Bikini Transformation Challenge, our schedule is core and cardio-focused to get you prepped as quickly as possible with featured classes including:

- Core Cardio II
