While all of our classes are OPEN level, meaning that they are suitable for all levels of fitness, there are a few that we have dubbed as the "best classes for newbies":

Policies : You MUST be pre-registered for your desired free class by creating an online account here. You will be asked to store a credit card on file; your card will not be charged unless at your request and in the event of any late cancellation/no show. Our studio's cancellation policy is no less than 6 hours notice prior to your reserved class time. Fee Schedule as follows: Late Cancellation: (cancelled with less than 6 hours notice) $5 | No Show: (no cancellation, no-show) $15. This policy is standard at allongee and prevents an influx of unfulfilled reservations in class; it also enables our wait lists to move along more quickly, allowing more of those students whom will be present for class the chance to guarantee their space.
