Our January schedule is nearly complete, and our main focus is your transformation. That's why most of the classes you see listed on the schedule are cardio-centric to raise the heart rate and burn fat. The few that aren't are there to help your body recoup for a day, so take advantage of them!

We have a few class additions that haven't gone up yet, but most of what we have in store for you is listed on our mind body schedule. Additionally, you can use the below form to suggest new class times.
