NEW Classes at allongee This Month!

We've got a few new classes en queue for this month to shake things up and keep your fitness motivation long-lasting! We've got two NEW! allongee Idol classes this month. 

What is allongee Idol?

Think American Idol, minus the singing, plus a ton of CardioChoreo inspired by the day's "Idol" and mixed with some of our familar allongee phrasing.  In one hour, you will have a quick sculpting warmup which will segway into our allongee CardioBarre and Idol CardioChoreo. You'll burn a ton of calories & fat, sweat your @$$ off, all while having fun!

We're also featuring two awesome workouts that are BRAND NEW to our studio this month: The Vixen Workout and Intensati. These workouts will be hosted at our studios this month. You can purchase passes to these classes below. If you are a MONTHLY PASSHOLDER, your perks apply to these classes: $10 fee for any non-allongee class or workshop (reg. $18-$25).

What is the Vixen Workout?

Vixen is an intense hip-hop cardio workout inspired by the moves of our favorite divas like Beyoncé, JLo and Rihanna as well as the Miami nightlife. This is a women's only dance workout with clever, easy to learn combos, that provide a full body workout and experience unlike any other. 

Vixen workouts create a fun club atmosphere where women are encouraged to let loose, let their hair down, forget their responsibilities and tap into their "alter-ego" for a sweaty good time. Vixen incorporates plyometrics, squats, lunges and core work, alongside of some of today's hottest songs and is one of few dance workouts to be considered HIIT. 

Vixen Workout will have classes on Saturdays beginning this week 11:30am-1:00pm. There will be an additional pop-up class this Sunday 1/10 2:00-3:30pm. Sign up here.

 

 

What is intenSati?

 

intenSati is a transformational workout that will motivate you to live a life you love in a body you love now! intenSati is a practice where we train our body, mind and spirit by combining empowering affirmations with interval training, martial arts, dance, and yoga. The end result is that you will leave class feeling stronger, uplifted and inspired.

    BODY

Increase cardiovascular endurance, burn up to 800 calories per class, remove toxins and develop coordination, stamina and balance.

    MIND

Greater ability to focus, heightened awareness of negative thought patterns, and an increased ability to cultivate a positive mental attitude.

    SPIRIT

Life changing transformation, greater understanding of universal laws and principles, heightened awareness of love, peace, gratitude, joy and faith.

Intensati Workout will hold classes on Fridays beginning 1/15 at 6:30pm. The first 60 minutes of class will be the workout and cool down and the second 60 minutes will include a Happy Hour. Sign up here.
