Oh Breakfast. It is often extremely difficult for most people to eat a solid and balanced meal in the morning. Whether you are prepping the night before or getting up and extra 15 minutes you should always make time to properly nourish your body. If eating isn't enough motivation to get up earlier try to think of it as part of your weight loss routine.
