Chunky Monkey Shake 1 banana 1 cup of low fat chocolate milk 1 tbsp of peanut butter blended together with ice

Apples & Cheese (It is just that simple, and they taste great together) 1 apple 1 low fat cheese stick

AB&J Rice Cakes (Think the PB&J of eating clean) 2 rice cakes 1 tbsp of almond butter 1 tbsp of strawberry jam
