What's in Your Water?

We all know water is the best way to keep your body hydrated and healthy, but did you know that just by adding some of your favorite fruits, veggies or spices you can amp up the effects of your water? Here are some of our favorite water recipes. They’re simple, quick and SUPER yummy!

Ginger & Orange Water

▪   ½ orange

▪   1 inch chunk of ginger

▪   ½ cup ice

▪   water (1 liter)

 We like to think of this one as the “I Feel Yucky” remedy. The ginger soothes belly aches and the orange is packed with Vitamin C. This water would be awesome to drink when feeling under the weather.

Mango & Basil Water

Talk about an overachiever! Mango & Basil Water seem to do it all. This super water has natural antibiotic qualities, can improve memory, and increase sex drive. Bow chicka wow wow! 

▪   1 Large Ripe Mango

▪   Large handful of Basil- about 8 large leafs

▪   Water (1 liter)

Cucumber & Lemon Water

▪    1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

▪    1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced (about 4 inches)

▪    2 cups of ice

▪    Water (About 2 Liters)

Hangover got you down? Feeling a little bloated? Cucumber & Lemon Water is where it’s at. The cucumber acts as an anti inflammatory and the lemon acts as an immunity booster. Not to mention both are packed with Vitamin C.
