Don't worry- if you've been trying to get into a class.. I've probably seen you for a class! However, many of our classes have been cancelled this week because many of you have taken the full week off-- GOOD! I am so glad! (As many of you know, I've been off the past two weeks from dancing (6 hours a day= about 1,200-1,600 calories a day...) and it's got me on a bit of a roller coaster. bodyLOGIC was keeping me on track, but I am feeling so groggy this week-- perhaps because of all the cancellations!)
It wasn't too long ago, but perhaps the post about how many calories burned in class and recovery times got to some of you ladies. I'm glad because many of you are so regular with classes and I am glad that we can find time to work out and be real people as well. As I've said in the past, when you find a program as good and effective as this, you don't have to worry about taking a week off.
Our schedule will be condensed until January 2nd. The classes that will remain on the schedule (with the exception of closings/cancellations on 12/29-12/30) will be those with enrollment of 2+ students.
